- with patients who have speech, language, voice, fluency, memory, swallowing, digestive, and breathing deficits. Problems vary and may be functional, mechanical, neurological, psychogenic, performance based, or developmental in nature

- Trained at the Cleveland State University and graduated with a Master of Arts degree, Summa Cum Laude
- Ellen holds a State of Ohio license to practice Speech/Language Pathology
- She is also board certified with the American Speech, Language, and Hearing Association
- She is certified to provide modified barium swallow studies
- Ellen is well trained in cervical and thoracic auscultation and tableside swallowing evaluations
- She is a past president of the Regional Association of Medical Speech/Language Pathologists
